The equipment, which includes panels from REC and inverters from Eltek Valere, will be delivered to Alfa Energy in Bulgaria. The solar power plant will have a capacity of 4,9 MWp, and an expected production of 5,5 MW per year. The plant is one of three in the Kaolinovo project, part of Bulgaria's increasing investment in renewable energy.

GIEK has issued a guarantee to Nordea Bank in relation to the financing of a photovoltaic plant in Bulgaria with equipment from Greenzone AS.
